Spring Valley offer 6 different floor plans in easy living one and two bedroom apartment homes. Two bedroom, 2 bath apartments, or two bedroom 1 bath apartments range in size from 830 to 852 square feet. One bedroom apartments range from 533 to 585 square feet.

Full Kitchens

Two bedroom apartments offer full kitchens, including dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Most include a washer and dryer. One bedroom apartments feature either a full kitchen or kitchenette.
