Flexible Service Plans

Spring Valley Retirement Community Flexible Service Plans

Your choice: Standard, Silver, Gold or Platinum…each plan offers an increasing number of services or select ala carte services to customize just the right amount of assistance. Spring Valley’s full time registered nurse will help you determine which plan or services meets your needs best. Most importantly, Spring Valley’s service plans are flexible to accommodate changes as they may occur in your life.

Simple monthly rental plans mean you don’t have to worry about making a large investment to secure a beautiful home and outstanding services. The Standard plan starts at around $80 per day and includes your apartment, utilities (except for phone, cable TV and internet), one meal daily, free scheduled transportation Monday through Friday, 24 hour emergency response system, full apartment cleaning every two weeks, assistance with activities of daily living, a complete wellness and activity program, and enclosed access to the Dallas County Hospital Healthcare Campus.

Our Silver, Gold and Platinum plans offer 2 or 3 meals daily, medication management, and management of more frequent or complex personal care assistance.

If you have Long-term Health Care Insurance, it may assist with paying for your services, or ask us about how you might qualify for Veteran’s Benefits.
